Secretary to Managing Director :

Position : Executive
Qualification : Any Graduate, having good computer skill in MS office and fluent in English speaking.
Experience : 7 to 8 years - Secretarial position
Roles & Responsibilities in short : Self correspondence, assisting to managing director in his day to day activities, all secretarial work like typing of correspondence, arranging meeting and sending agenda and notice of the same to concern persons, Handling travel desk - domestic and international, hotel booking and arrangement of transportation for visitors.
