Stores Assistant :

Education : Graduate in any discipline with experience of managing stores activity.
Experience : 2 – 3 yrs
Job Description : The person will be responsible for all stock movement from Vendor to vendor, Preparing Job Dispatch documents, Keeping track of material with vendor as well as copy of excise challans.
Stores warehousing/ documentation register entries & computer knowledge.

Warehousing Dept :

Qualification: Any Graduate.      Proficiency in English, Exposure to Stores / Documentation requirements, Computer knowledge essential.

Dispatch-Excise – Officer / Executive :
Any Graduate, Experience in same field, more than 2 years. Documentation knowledge is must os mentioned dept, with knowledge of computer & EOU, Salary negotiable.

Manager – Customer Service & Logistics :
Work Experience: 10 years
Qualification: BSc /B’Pharm and Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Export Management

Required Profile :

Good personality & Computer literate
Ready to work longer hours at times
Knowledge of International Logistics/Documentation & Custom Clearances
Commercial aspects like – Advance General License/Excise/DEPB

Job description
    Recommending filing patent application in the favorable jurisdiction such as US, EPO, India or PCT and coordinating with the foreign Patent Agent/Attorney.
    USFDA patent-regulatory interface, patent litigation support, patent opposition, drafting legal memos and licensing agreements, invalidation strategy, patent search and clearance, patent infringement and claim analysis, interpretating statutory provisions, and legal IP issues such as trademark and design protection and opposition. Dealing patent issues both in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
    Assisting Attorneys on various patent matters including licensing agreements, software development agreements, and technology transfer agreements.
    Attended to all aspects relating to prosecution and enforcement of proprietary rights in Trade Marks including litigation related thereto.
Additionally undertook carrying out of legal due diligence exercises, audits and preparation of all documents relating to Intellectual Property Rights.
