4 to 6 yrs.
BE / Dip. In Engg.- Mech.
Controlling, Varifying and checking raw materials upto finish products and dispatching to commissioning. Knowledge of ERP is essential.

Planning Engg. & Vendor Development :
Project / Site Engg./ Civil Engg.- Planning & Development.

3 to 5 Yrs. BE / Dip. In Engg.- Mech.
"Forecasting of materials & production planning, knowledge of AutoCAD, Exp. In Construction Machineries, Tower Cranes, etc. will be an added advantage. QA ENGINEER : Mechanical / Instrumentation

	Outgoing final inspection of each consignment as per P.O./W.O.
	Attending third party / outside inspection as per QAP / P.O.
	Preparation of QAP / obtaining approval of QAP.
	Making TC / GC of invoice for which TC / GC is required.
	Attending customer complaints / Analysis of root cause.
	Initiating corrective & preventive actions.
	Resolving Assembly problems / Initiating CAPA to prevent further discrepancies.
	Conduct contract review of orders before preparing W.O. to confirm the
	Technical feasibility for completing order.
	Act as an Asst. Mgr. for ISO 9001 system maintenance / up gradation / Auditing etc. Testing products as per QAP / Maintaining records.
	UL / ATEX products – Maintenance of Documentation / Records as per requirements.
	· Calibration of Testing Equipments.

Electrical Engineer :
Position : Sr. Executive / Sr. officer- Maintenance & Engineering
Qualification : B. E. (Electrical) / B. E. (Electrical & Electronic)
Experience : Around 5 to 6 years in Chemical (API) / & Pharmaceutical companies.

Roles& Responsibilities in short :
Responsible for planning & execution project activities & plant maintenance.
Well conversant with all electrical preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant equipments & utilities. Exposure to GMP, GEP & computer skill is desired.
Awareness of instrumentation, mechanical maintenance, USFDA/MHRA audit & automation (SCADA) will be an added advantage.

Mechanical Engineer :
Position : Executive / officer- Maintenance & Engineering
Qualification : B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 2 to 3 years for B.E. & 5 to 6 years for Diploma in Chemical (API) / & Pharmaceutical companies.

Roles & Responsibilities in short :
Candidate will be responsible for planning & execution project activities & plant maintenance. Well conversant with mechanical preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant equipments & utilities. Exposure to GMP, GEP and computer skill is desired.

Production Engineer :
Diploma / B.E. Mechanical, Production
Having at least 2 - 4 years exp. in 2 D / 3D programming.

	On vertical & turning centers, to drive our growth plan.
	Programming of CNC machine center.
	Achieving the determined production target.
	Involve in production planning activities and to implement the production as per control plan. Independent working on CNC machines
	Should have experience in light / medium engineering industry.
	Skills: Communication Skills, Exposure to ERP Packages desirable.
	Should be well versed with MS Office.

ENGINEERS– Manufacturing (Turning) D.M.E. with 2-5yrs exp.
Candidates should have 2-5yrs of experience in CNC –Turning Centers and Integrex operating, program knowledge.

ENGINEERS – Manufacturing (High Speed) D.M.E. with 2-3yrs exp.
Candidates should have 2-3yrs of experience in High Speed Machine operating, 2D and 3D machining, Fanuc programming. Cutting tools, CAM program knowledge. Horizontal machine experience. High speed machining. Component accuracy and quality knowledge also.

ENGINEERS– Manufacturing (Milling) D.M.E. with 2-3yrs exp.
Candidates should have experience in CNC – Milling operating, tool setting process and cutting tools parameters programming knowledge.

ENGINEERS- (PEG) D.M.E. with 6months – 1yr exp.
Candidates should have experience in tool & cutter grinding and Tool re grinding.

ENGINEERS- Manufacturing (VMC) D.M.E. with 2-3yrs exp.
Candidates should have experience in operating and programming knowledge on VMC.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer :
For Badlapur and the post will be Asst.Factory Manager
Similarly we require Mechanical Engineers for Panvel and Chiplun Plant.

Dy.G.M. - Technical / Site Incharge : (Senior position)
